OnboardScore ("we", "us", or "our") is a lead qualification platform for coaches. Our app is located at onboardscore.com. We help coaches build scored quiz funnels to qualify and route prospects.

We collect the following data from prospects who complete a coach's funnel:

• Name and email address
• Answers to assessment questions
• Score and result category assigned
• Submission timestamp

We collect the following data from coaches (app users):

• Name and email address (via account registration)
• Funnel configurations and branding settings
• Billing information (processed by Stripe — we never store card details)

• To deliver funnel results to prospects and notify coaches of new leads
• To generate AI-powered lead briefs for coaches
• To manage subscriptions and billing
• To improve and maintain the platform

All data is stored securely on Base44's infrastructure, which is hosted on AWS in the United States. Stripe handles all payment data under their own PCI-compliant infrastructure.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Base44 — our infrastructure provider
• OpenAI / Google (via Base44 integrations) — for AI-generated lead briefs (no PII stored by them)

When a prospect completes a coach's funnel, their data is visible to the coach who owns that funnel. Coaches are responsible for handling prospect data in compliance with applicable privacy laws (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) in their jurisdiction.

Prospect submission data is retained as long as the coach account is active. Coaches may delete individual leads from their dashboard at any time. Account deletion removes all associated funnel and lead data.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.

We use essential cookies only — for authentication sessions. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Our platform is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify active users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
